Suffer the Children

This episode is recounted in Matthew 19:13-14, Mark 10:13-16, and Luke 18:15-17. The apostles want to shoo the children away, but Jesus insists, "Suffer the little children, and forbid them not to come to me: for the kingdom of heaven is for such."

The window is notable for the faithful representation of the real pastor and children who were the artist's models.
